Main purpose of job

Are you passionate about creating meaningful employee experiences and communicating messages that make an impact? As part of our European Communications team, you will help shape how employees connect, communicate, and engage across Provident Europe. Working closely with regional and local teams, you will deliver engaging content, support key communication initiatives and events, and help foster a connected and informed workplace culture.

Key accountabilities

  • Support the planning and execution of internal communication campaigns and activities across Europe.

  • Create, edit, and publish engaging content in English, including articles, newsletters, announcements, presentations, and intranet materials.

  • Coordinate communication between regional and local teams, ensuring consistent and effective messaging.

  • Manage and optimize internal communication channels and tools, including SharePoint intranet, email communications, and Teams Town Hall events.

  • Support the organization of employee events, webinars, Town Halls, and annual conferences.

  • Develop basic multimedia content such as presentations, graphics, and videos.

  • Monitor communication effectiveness, employee engagement, and feedback, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Stay up to date with internal communications trends and recommend innovative solutions and best practices.

Knowledge, skills, and experience

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), minimum B2/C1 level

  • Proven experience of at least 2 years in Internal Communications, Corporate Communications, Marketing, or a similar field

  • Strong content writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt messages to different audiences and communication channels

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint and Teams Town Hall

  • Solid understanding of corporate communication principles and best practices

  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

  • Creative mindset combined with analytical thinking

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

  • Experience in planning and delivering internal communication campaigns and initiatives

  • Experience in organizing events for large employee groups

  • Ability to thrive in an international and multicultural environment

  • Proactive, collaborative, and team-oriented approach

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Experience with social media management and monitoring tools is considered an advantage

  • Business knowledge in Sales and Customer Service is considered an advantage

  • Valid Category B driving licence and willingness to travel within the country
