European Automotive Technician (Porsche Focus) – High Earning Potential - 2054

A well-established, high-performing European automotive repair facility in the Indianapolis area is looking to add an experienced European Technician with Porsche expertise to the team.

This is a rare opportunity to join a modern, fully equipped shop that competes directly with dealerships—offering dealer-level tools, technology, and expertise, but with a stronger focus on customer relationships and quality service.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Primarily Porsche vehicles
• Heavy diagnostic work and complex repairs
• Full job ownership—from inspection to completion
• High-end clientele who value quality over price

Compensation & Schedule

• $45 – $50/hour (flat rate)
• 40-hour weekly guarantee
  
• Paid biweekly
• Monday – Friday schedule (no weekends)

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years automotive repair experience
• 2+ years Porsche-specific experience
• Strong diagnostic ability (heavy diag experience required)
• Experience working on Porsche 911s
• Comfortable using Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI)
• Ability to handle jobs start-to-finish
• Professional, organized, and team-oriented
• Valid driver’s license (clean record)
• Must be able to drive manual transmission
