European Automotive Technician | VW & Audi Focus | No Weekends

Location: Rockville, MD
Schedule: Monday–Friday | No Weekends
Pay Rate: $35–$40/hour (Hybrid Pay Plan)
Pay Type: Hybrid Pay Plan
Earning Potential: Target Earnings of $85,000+

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced European Automotive Technician to join a well-established independent European repair shop in Rockville, Maryland. This is an excellent opportunity for a technician with strong Volkswagen and Audi experience to work in a clean, air-conditioned facility with consistent workflow, advanced diagnostic equipment, and a Monday through Friday schedule. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair European vehicles, including Volkswagen, Audi, BMW, Volvo, MINI, and Saab
• Perform maintenance services, mechanical repairs, and vehicle diagnostics efficiently
• Utilize factory and aftermarket diagnostic software and manufacturer service information
• Complete brake, suspension, electrical, drivability, and engine repair work
• Communicate repair findings and recommendations with service advisors and team members
• Maintain accurate, high-quality workmanship while following shop procedures
• Keep a clean, organized, and professional work area

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of European automotive technician experience
• Strong experience servicing and repairing Volkswagen and Audi vehicles
• Experience with BMW, Volvo, MINI, or Saab is highly valued
• Independent repair shop experience is preferred
• EV or hybrid vehicle experience is a plus
• ASE certifications are preferred
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
• Strong communication skills and commitment to quality workmanship
