Location: Nashville, TN
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM-5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $45-$55/hr + Production Bonuses
Pay Type: Hourly + Production Bonus
Pay Schedule: Weekly
Earning Potential: $90,000-$175,000+ annually

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced European Automotive Technician to join our growing team in Nashville, TN. This is an excellent opportunity for a technician with a strong background servicing European vehicles and experience using BMW OEM diagnostic software and factory service information. We welcome candidates with hands-on experience working on BMW, Jaguar, Land Rover, Porsche, Audi, Volkswagen, Mercedes-Benz, MINI, Volvo, and other European brands. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair BMW and other European vehicles using manufacturer-recommended procedures.
• Utilize BMW OEM diagnostic software and factory service information to accurately diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical concerns.
• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on engine, drivability, suspension, steering, braking, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high standards for workmanship and attention to detail.
• Document inspections, diagnostics, and repair recommendations accurately.
• Communicate effectively with the service team regarding vehicle conditions and repair needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Professional experience diagnosing and repairing European vehicles.
• Experience using BMW OEM diagnostic software and factory service information is strongly preferred.
• Candidates with experience servicing BMW, Jaguar, Land Rover, Porsche, Audi, Volkswagen, Mercedes-Benz, MINI, Volvo, or other European vehicle brands are encouraged to apply.
• Strong diagnostic, electrical, and mechanical troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to efficiently diagnose and repair a variety of European vehicle systems.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Commitment to producing high-quality repairs and exceptional customer service.
