We’re looking for a European A-Level Technician who knows their way around diagnostics, programming, and complex electrical work — and wants to be paid like it actually matters.

About Techway Automotive

We’re not your average shop.

Techway Automotive runs two high-volume locations in Enterprise and Dothan, Alabama, pulling in about $400K/month and seeing roughly 125 vehicles a week per shop. Translation: there is always work.

We handle:

• European vehicles (heavy focus)
• Domestic & Asian
• Diesel (light + medium duty)
• EVs

We’re a NAPA Auto Care + AAA shop, running modern systems, and investing heavily in training, tools, and tech so you can actually do your job without fighting outdated processes.

What you’ll actually be doing

• Deep diagnostics on European vehicles
• Module programming and advanced electrical work
• Writing up parts lists and getting repairs moving
• Owning jobs from start to finish like a pro

What we’re looking for

• Dealer-level or Master/A-Level Euro experience
• Strong diagnostics and electrical skills
• Someone who actually likes solving hard problems
• Clean, valid driver’s license
• Ability to produce consistently without hand-holding
