The Warehouse Orchestration Center team, part of Product Supply in P&G, focuses on the innovative operational improvement of our European Distribution Centers, centralizing core supply chain processes in a digital, innovative and effective way. Our goal is to build a connected network of intelligent DCs through centralization, standardization and digitalization of Europe Warehousing tasks.

Our latest innovation, Remote Orchestration, is a cutting-edge technology designed to enhance remote warehouse management, targeting warehousing activities by orchestrating and managing all operations remotely from our new control center in Aspropyrgos.

💰Competitive compensation details: for this role the monthly starting salary is 2.470 EUR Gross (yearly starting salary 34.580 EUR). We consistently benchmark our salaries against top competitors and every P&G employee’s salary is reviewed at least annually so there is ample room for growth.

🔧 What You’ll Do

As a Europe Warehousing Project Key User, you will join the remote orchestration team and be instrumental in executing tasks assigned by the team manager and ensuring real time orchestration, seamless coordination & smooth operational flow. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation of warehouse system solution projects, including software version upgrades (e.g., SAP, WMS), by participating in Site Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), as well as supporting trial cutovers and post-cutover support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define new requirements for necessary changes at the site, such as process modifications or enhancements (e.g., Requests for Change - RFC).
  • Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the site regarding any new technology implementations, ensuring smooth integration and user adoption..
  • Identify and implement process improvements by analyzing current workflows, proposing changes, and collaborating with management and IT to test and roll out enhancements.
  • Work with other departments (such as IT, logistics, and supply chain management) to ensure that warehouse operations align with broader organizational goals and strategies.
  • Facilitate training sessions for End Users, ensuring they are proficient in new and existing processes and systems. For instance, conducting workshops on SAP and WMS functionalities & create relevant documentation.

Job Qualifications

🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • Educational Background: Recent Graduates of BSc in Technical, Engineering, Science or Business schools.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent or native in English; knowledge of other languages is valued.
  • Completed/Permanently exempt from Military Service Requirement (if applicable).
  • Experience: Prior knowledge or experience in warehouse operations/logistics is preferred.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to tackle challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Technical Familiarity: Familiarity with automation technologies and warehouse management systems is a plus.
