Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management & Growth: Manage Tripo Studio’s official social media accounts across Europe, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn. Develop content and growth strategies to increase brand awareness, follower growth, and user engagement. 2. Localized Content Marketing: Plan and promote product tutorials, creator showcases, and user-generated content around product launches, feature updates, and key use cases. Adapt content to local cultures and user preferences across Europe. 3. Community Management & Growth: Manage European user communities through daily engagement, user support, UGC campaigns, and online events to improve community activity, user retention, and product conversion. 4. Creator Partnerships: Collaborate with local European creators, influencers, communities, and partners to develop co-created content and promotional campaigns, expanding brand awareness and user engagement. 5. Cross-functional Collaboration & Performance Optimization: Work with global brand, product, and regional teams to localize content. Track reach, engagement, growth, and conversion metrics to continuously optimize social media and community strategies. 1. 社媒运营与增长： 负责 Tripo Studio 在欧洲市场的 Instagram、TikTok、YouTube、X、LinkedIn 等官方账号运营，制定内容策略与增长计划，提升品牌影响力、粉丝增长及用户互动。 2. 本地化内容营销： 围绕产品发布、功能更新及重点应用场景，策划和推广产品教程、创作案例及用户内容，结合欧洲市场的文化和用户偏好优化内容。 3. 社群运营与增长： 负责欧洲用户社群的运营，通过日常互动、用户答疑、UGC 活动及线上活动，提升社区活跃度、用户留存和产品转化。 4. 创作者与生态合作： 联动欧洲本地创作者、KOL/KOC、社群及合作伙伴，策划内容共创和推广活动，扩大品牌影响力和用户参与。 5. 跨团队协作与效果优化： 协同全球品牌、产品及区域团队推进内容本地化，跟踪社媒与社群的曝光、互动、增长及转化数据，持续优化运营策略。

Qualifications

1. 5+ years of experience in international social media management, community management, content marketing, or digital marketing, with a proven track record of independently managing European or multi-country markets and delivering measurable growth. 2. Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Discord, and Reddit, as well as user behaviors and content trends across European markets. 3. Strong skills in content planning, community management, and creator partnerships, with the ability to independently plan and execute content campaigns, UGC initiatives, and user growth projects. 4. Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to optimize content and growth strategies based on performance data. 5. Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to use English as a working language. 6. Proficiency in using AI tools to support content planning, content creation, and community management. Nice to Have 1. Experience in AI, SaaS, game development tools, 3D creation tools, or the creator economy. 2. Experience building and growing social media channels or communities in European markets from scratch. 3. Experience using AI for content creation, workflow automation, or operations. 1. 5 年以上海外社媒、社群运营、内容营销或数字营销经验，有独立负责欧洲或多国市场的经验及可量化的增长成果。 2. 熟悉 Instagram、TikTok、YouTube、X、LinkedIn、Discord、Reddit 等平台，了解欧洲市场的用户习惯和内容生态。 3. 具备内容策划、社群运营及创作者合作能力，能够独立策划并执行内容推广、UGC 活动和用户增长项目。 4. 具备数据分析和跨团队协作能力，能够根据运营数据持续优化内容与增长策略。 5. 英语流利，具备优秀的英文写作与沟通能力，能够以英语作为工作语言。 6. 熟练使用 AI 工具辅助内容策划、内容生产及社群运营。 加分项： 1. 有 AI、SaaS、游戏开发工具、3D 创作工具或创作者经济相关行业经验。 2. 有欧洲市场社媒或社群从 0 到 1 搭建及显著增长经验。 3. 有 AI 内容生产、自动化工作流或 AI 驱动的运营实践经验。
