We are looking for a FPCRA Process/Consolidation Lead to support Operating Unit (OU) level financial close, consolidation, and performance processes. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate and consistent financial reporting, while delivering clear insights to support business decision-making.

You will work closely with OU Finance leadership and partner with FPCRA teams, acting as a connector between markets, clusters, and Group Finance. The role combines financial integrity, planning & forecasting coordination, and performance analysis in a dynamic, multi-market environment.

Key Responsibilities:

OU Consolidation & Financial Integrity

  • Support OU-level consolidation of actuals, forecasts, and plans across markets and clusters

  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of P&L, Balance Sheet, and key metrics

  • Act as a key contact for Group Control and Group FP&A at OU level

  • Coordinate resolution of consolidation issues and intercompany eliminations

Planning, Forecasting & Performance Management

  • Partner with OU Finance and Group FP&A to support planning and forecasting processes

  • Consolidate market and cluster submissions, ensuring aligned assumptions

  • Analyze variances between actuals, forecasts, and plans, highlighting key drivers

  • Contribute to performance reviews through clear analytics and financial storytelling

  • Support standardization and optimization of planning & forecasting processes

Controllership & Governance

  • Ensure strong governance, review processes, and financial discipline at OU level

  • Collaborate with Cluster & Market Finance teams and Controllership stakeholders

  • Support identification and resolution of financial risks and control issues

  • Promote a strong controllership mindset across the finance community

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare OU-level management reporting and analytics packs

  • Ensure clear linkage between actual performance and forward-looking insights

  • Support reporting improvements and adoption of standardized solutions

  • Drive consistency in reporting in line with FPCRA principles

FPCRA Coordination & Enablement

  • Collaborate across OU, Cluster, and CoE teams to ensure alignment

  • Support smooth handovers between market performance ownership and consolidation

  • Contribute to finance transformation and simplification initiatives

  • Provide support to senior leadership when required and ensure continuity of key processes

Continuous Improvement

  • Support initiatives to improve closing, consolidation, and reporting processes

  • Participate in projects enhancing finance systems, processes, and ways of working

Key Requirements, Qualifications & Skills:

  • Around 10 years of experience in finance (controlling, audit, or accounting), preferably in a multinational environment

  • Background in financial consolidation, reporting, and planning & forecasting

  • Understanding of IFRS and financial governance principles

  • Experience working in matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders

  • Ability to translate financial data into clear business insights

  • Degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

  • Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent) is an advantage

  • Experience in multi-market or hub-based finance structures is an advantage

  • Exposure to finance transformation or system-driven processes is beneficial

  • Remuneration: 23250 PLN to 32000 PLN gross/monthly.

The salary range for this position is indicative and provided as a guide. The final offer may vary depending on factors including relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
