Location: Nyon (up to one day working from home per week)

Main goal

The main goal of this role is to serve as the central information hub for UEFA broadcast partners, ensuring they receive accurate, consistent and timely technical and operational data through digital portals and communication channels.

Key responsibilities

Communications & stakeholder management

  • Acting as the primary bridge between internal UEFA departments and external broadcast partners to gather and disseminate broadcast-related information
  • Proactively maintaining communication with broadcast partners through dedicated newsletters, alerts and service descriptions to keep them informed of all updates
  • Working closely with the Media Rights and Production Services unit and external stakeholders to ensure content alignment

Digital platform & CMS management

  • Designing and implementing the content structure for UEFA’s online broadcaster portals, ensuring an intuitive user experience for external partners
  • Managing the layout and technical implementation of portal updates using a content management system (CMS)
  • Conducting regular audits of all digital platforms to ensure 100% accuracy and real-time relevance of uploaded documentation

Content production & quality assurance

  • Ensuring absolute consistency across the manuals, technical rate cards and operational guidelines
  • Leading the drafting, proofreading and publishing of technical newsletters and service descriptions
  • Systematically collecting and archiving operational data for use in comprehensive post-event reporting and documentation

Requirements

Experience:

  • From 1 to 3 years' experience using content management systems
  • From 1 to 3 years' experience in a media and broadcasting environment
  • From 1 to 3 years' experience working on major sports events

Education:

  • Bachelor's in a relevant field

Languages:

  • English / Proficient

Other requirements:

- Relocation to Switzerland/France is expected

- Previous experience with CMS

- Able to work under pressure

- Enthusiastic team player
