Job Description

Affinity Water have a new and exciting opportunity available in our Digital Workplace team.
The Role:
We are looking for a skilled Office 365 Analyst to manage, support and enhance our Microsoft Office 365 technology landscape. This is a hands-on technical role with strong customer focus, working closely with IT Operations, Service Management, Cyber Security and the wider business.
What you'll be doing:
  • Act as a technical subject matter expert (SME) to resolve escalated M365 platform issues in line with service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring timely issue resolution and user satisfaction.

  • Analyse business requirements to provide automation solutions and driving adoption of Microsoft Co-pilot.

  • Administration, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, Teams, and OneDrive.

  • Configure and maintain Microsoft 365 Services to enhance performance and drive collaboration. Identify opportunities to improve the client environment and digital workplace to reduce incidents and enhance user experience.

  • Implement security measures, improving our Microsoft Secure Score, to maintain a strong cyber posture, ensuring license compliance and evolving compliance expectations.

  • Ensure we get full benefit from the Microsoft licensing models through our CSP and MSA vendor partnership to maximise return on investment.

What you'll need:
  • 5+ years proven experience in administering Microsoft 365 within a medium-scale or complex environment.

  • Experience of Microsoft Copilot rollout, adoption and optimisation.

  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102).

  • Proficient in a wide range of technologies including Microsoft Azure, Windows 11, SCCM/Intune, SharePoint and Citrix.

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a bigger team.

  • Good communications skills in both written and verbal skills to communicate at all levels with Internal and External Client/Stakeholders of the business.

  • Ability to be flexible with work, providing additional support outside of core hours.

  • Potential to be involved in a standby rota.

  • Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (dependant on skills and experience)

  • Hours of work: 08:30am - 17:00pm (Mon - Thurs) 08:30am - 16:30pm (Friday)
