We are currently recruiting for a EU Sustainability Policy Specialist - 9 months FTC to join our EU team, based in our Paris office. Reporting to the EU Communications & Sustainability Director, you will work closely with both internal departments and external partners.
This is an opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in EU sustainability policy or public affairs, with the ability to translate complex regulation into clear, business-focused insights. You will be analytical, pragmatic and confident working cross-functionally, influencing both internal stakeholders and external partners, while bringing a strategic mindset and the ability to anticipate regulatory change in a fast-evolving environment.
What you will be responsible for monitoring and anticipating EU sustainability legislation, assessing its impact on UNIQLO’s operations and translating complex regulatory developments into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders. You will drive cross-functional coordination to ensure regulatory readiness across teams such as Legal, Supply Chain and Product, while supporting the development of practical implementation plans. Additionally, you will represent UNIQLO in external policy discussions and trade associations, contributing to advocacy strategies and strengthening the company’s position within the evolving EU regulatory landscape.
