Provide administrative support across the Network OperationsTeam
Responding to incoming telephone & Email requests from Customers, Zayoteamsand 3rd parties
Raisingand processingTickets- Access, Trouble and Maintenance
Arranging and coordinating access to Zayo & 3rd party sites
Ticket queue management and coordination
