This Lead QA Engineer will play a key role within Fidelity's Workplace Investments Digital Platforms team. You will work closely with Scrum Masters, Systems Analysts, Architects, Developers, and QA engineers to design, build, and deliver end-to-end Quality Engineering solutions that support Fidelity's digital platforms. You will also collaborate closely with development teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include translating business and system requirements into test strategies, test scenarios, and test plans. Designing, developing, documenting, and maintaining automation scripts and testing tools. Following Quality Engineering best practices while developing automation frameworks.
