As a Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in executing test automation and performance testing strategies to ensure the
quality, reliability, and scalability of our software applications. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing
automated tests and performance tests, driving continuous improvement in our testing processes and methodologies. We are
looking for individuals who “Do the right thing”, are Open and Transparent, and want to build and work within our Global
Technology Product team. This role will support the MI (Management Information) FP&A (Forecasting, Planning and Analytics)
Workstream in delivering quality assurance for data pipelines, visualization tools, and planning tools on cloud platforms.

Role and Responsibilities
 Develop and execute test plans and test cases for the MI FP&A Workstream.
 Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Python, or Java.
 Collaborate with the Test Manager and other team members to evaluate and implement test automation tools and
frameworks.
 Conduct performance testing to ensure software applications meet performance and scalability requirements.
 Participate in the continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipeline to integrate automated tests.
 Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with developers to resolve issues.
 Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
 Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in test automation and performance testing.
Qualifications
 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
 Proven experience in test automation using Selenium, Python, or Java.
 Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and tools.
 Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter.
 Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions.
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Strong communication and collaboration skills.
 Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Preferred skills
 Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB).
 Experience with IFRS17 and insurance processes.
 Knowledge of insurance and re-insurance operations.
 Familiarity with investment, payroll, procurement, and expense allocation processes.
