JOB RESPONSIBILITY

  • Define solution architecture for application for an OBA as per enterprise standards and policies
  • Alignment of applications to the enterprise strategic direction
  • Technical SME for multiple technologies
  • Adhere to the code standards and policy
  • Support multiple application development projects

QUALIFICATION

  • BE/ MCA

EXPERIENCE

  • 10+ years of progressive IT experience providing technical leadership for large‑scale, mission‑critical enterprise applications in complex, highly regulated environments.
  • Proven experience as Primary Technology Owner for Data and Platform domains, with accountability for architecture standards, governance, and technical direction.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Data & Platform Integration

  • Advanced expertise in enterprise data Platform and integration, including:
  • Relational and non‑relational databases (SQL, NoSQL, distributed data platforms)
  • Enterprise data warehouses, data lakes, and lakehouse architectures
  • ETL/ELT pipelines and data orchestration frameworks
  • knowledge of cloud‑based data platforms on AWS and Azure, including architecture design, deployment, and operational models.
  • Experience with integration including:
  • API management platforms
  • Service‑Oriented Architecture (SOA) and microservices
  • Event‑driven and streaming architectures using Kafka or equivalent technologies

Healthcare Platform Experience

  • Solid understanding of the U.S. health insurance ecosystem, with hands‑on experience supporting:
    • Commercial insurance products
    • Government‑regulated programs
    • Large employer and federal programs
  • Strong working knowledge of healthcare enterprise platforms, including:
    • Customer/member, provider, and partner communication platforms
    • Enterprise data, reporting, and advanced analytics ecosystems

Stakeholder & Delivery Leadership

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and technical leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with business leaders, product teams, engineering, and operations.
