We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will:

  • Support multiple Data Engineering systems to maintain and help Financial Crime stakeholders.
  • Innovate and be creative in the identification of opportunities to leverage technology to support the business roadmap.
  • Promote Agile ways of working within the Pods by removing impediments to improve efficiency.
  • Work across geographies for application support.
  • Develop talent within the team and helps create opportunities for junior team members.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Sound understanding of application support and related tools like ServiceNow, control-m etc.
  • Incident management, change management and problem management experience.
  • Understanding of what is required to own a system from an Support Engineer perspective.
  • Ability to adapt and understand new technologies.
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Methodical approach to problem solving and attention to detail.
  • Proficient documentation skills; able to fully document requirements, proposed solutions, processes, and data flows effectively.
