【職務内容】

Informatica ETLエンジニアとして、複数の業務システム間のデータ統合・変換・移行を担い、安定性・拡張性・セキュリティを考慮したETLプロセスの設計・開発・運用を行っていただきます。
社内の各プロダクトチーム、アプリケーションチーム、インフラ／DBチーム、業務部門と連携しながら、データ連携基盤の開発と安定的な運用をリードする役割です。

主な業務内容 / Responsibilities
・Informatica PowerCenter を用いたETL開発・運用
　- 既存ETLジョブの保守、改善
・クラウド環境へのETL移行プロジェクト
　- PowerCenter資産の整理・分析
　- Informatica Cloud Data Integrationへの移行対応
・社内システム統合に伴うデータ統合
　- 2システム間のデータ統合のための設計
　- データマッピング、変換ロジックの設計・実装

・大量データを扱うバッチ処理の設計・開発・監視
・関係部署との要件調整・技術的な説明・ドキュメント作成
・開発ベンダーへの改修要件の説明と成果物のレビュー
・運用フェーズにおけるバッチ処理の監視、障害対応、原因分析、再発防止策の策定

【経験・資格】
＜Must＞

・Informatica ETLソリューションを使った開発業務における企画、設計、開発、実装、保守の経験 (５年以上)
・データ統合の経験 (３年以上)
・Oracle Database / SQL Serverの管理
・データモデリングと SQLの実装、運用、パフォーマンスチューニングの経験
・多数のシステムとの結合を前提としたシステムのアーキテクチャのデザイン、構築の経験
・クラウド（Azure、AWS等）への移行、開発・管理の経験
・ビジネスレベル英語
・ビジネスレベル日本語

【Job Description】

As an Informatica ETL Engineer, you will be responsible for data integration, transformation, and migration across multiple business systems. You will design, develop, and operate ETL processes with a focus on stability, scalability, and security.
In this role, you will collaborate with internal product teams, application teams, infrastructure/database teams, and business stakeholders to lead the development and stable operation of the enterprise data integration platform.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and operate ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter
- Maintain and enhance existing ETL jobs
- Lead ETL migration projects to cloud environments
- Assess and analyze existing PowerCenter assets
- Support migration to Informatica Cloud Data Integration (CDI)
- Design and implement data integration for internal system consolidation
- Design data integration between multiple systems
- Develop data mappings and transformation logic
- Design, develop, and monitor batch processes handling large volumes of data
- Gather requirements, provide technical explanations, and create documentation in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Communicate development requirements to external vendors and review deliverables
- Monitor batch processes during the operations phase, handle incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence

【Qualification (Experience/ Certification)】
＜Must＞
- At least 5 years of experience in planning, designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining solutions using Informatica ETL
- At least 3 years of experience in data integration
- Experience in administration of Oracle Database and/or SQL Server
- Strong experience in data modeling, as well as SQL development, operations, and performance tuning
- Experience in designing and building system architectures that integrate with multiple systems
- Experience in migration to, development in, and management of cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS)
- Business-level proficiency in English
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese
