Senior Associate

& Summary

We are seeking a high-performing Senior Associate Frontend Engineer (React) to take ownership of the design and delivery of scalable, high-quality web applications. In this role, you will contribute to frontend architecture decisions, lead feature delivery, and ensure engineering excellence across the development lifecycle while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of frontend features—from requirement clarification and design alignment through development, testing, and deployment—ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable, performant, and maintainable React applications that deliver exceptional user experience.
• Contribute to frontend architecture and design decisions, including component structure, state management strategy, and scalability considerations.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and product stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Ensure code quality and engineering standards through code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to best practices.
• Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices and browsers.
• Actively troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring reliability and robustness of applications.
• Lead and guide junior developers, providing technical direction, mentorship, and support within project workstreams.
• Contribute to CI/CD processes and release activities, supporting smooth deployments and issue resolution.
• Stay current with emerging frontend technologies and drive continuous improvement in engineering practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional frontend development experience, with demonstrated ownership of feature delivery.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Deep expertise in React and its ecosystem (Hooks, Context API, modern patterns).
• Experience with state management solutions (e.g., Redux Toolkit, Zustand, React Query).
• Solid understanding of API integration (REST, asynchronous patterns).
• Hands-on experience with version control (Git) and collaborative workflows.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and frontend testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
• Proven ability to deliver in agile, fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Next.js and server-side rendering (SSR).
• Exposure to micro-frontend architecture and modular frontend design.
• Strong understanding of performance optimization and web accessibility (WCAG standards).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and containerization (Docker).
• Experience working in client-facing or consulting environments is a plus.
