& Summary
The Security & Safety Associate supports day-to-day security operations, with a key focus on CCTV monitoring, reporting incidents, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and assisting with routine checks. This entry-level role is ideal for a young, energetic employee eager to grow in the field of corporate security and safety.
Security Responsibilities:
· Monitor and operate the CCTV system to ensure real-time surveillance of critical areas within the premises.
· Prepare and submit daily CCTV monitoring reports highlighting observations and incidents.
· Immediately report any suspicious activity or incident to the Security Manager.
· Conduct regular floor security checks, documenting any findings or irregularities.
· Handle the access cards internal process in line with the set policies along with the related approvals identified cycle.
· Ensure compliance with company security guidelines across the site.
· Assist in incident reporting, actions follow-ups, and maintaining the proper logbooks.
· Audit inventory for stores to ensure proper control, accuracy, and compliance.
· Conduct random audits on security personnel at different times throughout the day, including night shifts, to ensure discipline, performance, and adherence to procedures.
· Assist employees, visitors, and contractors according to PwC security guidelines.
· Cooperate with external service providers and contractors with the Security controls and ensuring all related approvals and entry permissions in alignment with all Internal Guidelines.
· Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling all organization and operations matters.
Safety Responsibilities:
· Conduct regular safety inspections across all facility areas to identify any potential hazards and ensure compliance.
· Ensure compliance with company safety protocols and procedures.
· Support emergency procedures, including evacuations, first aid coordination, and drills.
· Maintain proper safety logging and documentation, ensuring all incidents, observations, and corrective actions are accurately recorded.
· Follow up on safety observations and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Requirements:
-Diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred in security or safety).
-2-3 years of experience in security & safety operations.
-Basic understanding for all related security systems.
-Good communication and reporting skills (verbal and written).
-Physically fit and able to move across the premises as part of patrols and safety checks.
-High level of alertness, responsibility, and integrity.
Eager to learn.
-Proficient in using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
