The Team
Portfolio Management teamis responsible for the governance and management of the organisation's collection of investments and change initiatives to deliver strategicpriorities .Therole involves evaluating, prioritizing, and monitoring multiple delivery streams, optimizing resource allocation, minimizing risks, and managing costs to maximise return on investment. The remit of a portfolio manager includes road mapping, pipeline planning and prioritisation, demand assessment, business case establishment, delivery channel assertion, resource allocation, delivery governance, suppliermanagementand finance management. Portfolio management is accountable foridentifyingthe right orchestration across various change delivery streams to maximise value creation and change velocity whilst minimising business disruption and friction.
