As Lead Solution Architect, you will own the end-to-end solution design for a large-scale digital banking platform, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, regulatory standards, and business objectives.

The Lead Solution Architect is accountable for the end-to-end definition and
implementation of the technical solution, reporting directly into the territory. This role assumes full ownership of all technical aspects of delivery, managing key technical client stakeholders (such as CTO, CIO, and Technical Directors) to ensure alignment and drive outcomes. The Lead Solution Architect acts as the primary technical representative for the ETIC team across territories, leads the architecture team (Data, Integration, Cloud, Application), and is responsible for key architectural decisions. The role works closely with the Project Director to provide technical input into project planning, risk management, reporting, and delivery approach.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and integration of scalable, secure, and resilient digital banking solutions.
• Define architecture blueprints, patterns, and guardrails for cross-functional
engineering teams.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, DevOps, and security teams to deliver
end-to-end solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and data privacy requirements.
• Guide technology selection, PoCs, and adoption of modern engineering practices.
• Mentor and develop junior architects and engineers.


Required Skills:
• 15+ years in solution architecture, with significant experience in FS/banking or
regulated environments.
• Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (Azure/AWS), microservices, API-led
integration, and event-driven design.
• Strong understanding of security, compliance, and data privacy in financial
services.
• Experience with agile delivery, CI/CD, and DevSecOps.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
