In leadership coaching at PwC, you will focus on providing guidance and support to executives and leaders, helping them enhance their skills and achieve their professional goals. Your work will involve your experience to empower individuals and drive organisational success through effective coaching strategies. In addition to providing individualised development opportunities to executives, you will design and develop learning solutions as applicable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing materials and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Help maintain employee records and assist with data entry in HR information systems.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing events and activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Capital team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Fresh Graduates with Bachelor's in Business Administration or similar.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
