Job Description & Summary

Practice Description:

Our Digital Identity team helps organizations build the identity foundations required to secure access across employees, customers, applications, cloud platforms and increasingly non-human identities.

We work with clients on questions such as: What should our future identity architecture look like? How can we modernize fragmented IAM environments? How should privileged and machine identities be governed? And how do we make access more secure without creating unnecessary complexity for the business?

As a Manager or Senior Manager, you will lead complex IAM transformations, shape enterprise identity architectures and advise senior stakeholders on how identity should support security, cloud adoption and broader business transformation.

Core Activities: “What You’ll Be Working On”

  • Lead enterprise IAM transformations: Define the approach, manage multidisciplinary delivery teams and take responsibility for complex identity programs.
  • Design target IAM architectures: Shape how identity governance, authentication, privileged access, workforce identity and customer identity should work together.
  • Derive IAM strategies: Translate security, regulatory and technology requirements into practical architectures and multi-year transformation roadmaps.
  • Modernize identity environments: Help clients move from fragmented or manual access models toward automated lifecycle management, modern authentication and cloud-based identity.
  • Advise on emerging identity challenges: Shape approaches for areas such as Zero Trust, passwordless authentication, non-human identities and workload identity.
  • Challenge technical designs: Review architecture and implementation decisions, identify weaknesses and ensure solutions are scalable, secure and maintainable.
  • Advise senior stakeholders: Explain identity-related risks, architecture choices and investment priorities to CIOs, CISOs and other senior leaders.
  • Lead teams and client relationships: Develop junior colleagues, build trusted client relationships and ensure consistent quality across engagements.

Key Skills: “What you need to have”

Typically 8+ years of relevant experience in IAM, identity architecture, cybersecurity engineering, cloud security or large-scale technology transformation.

We are looking for people who combine deep IAM expertise with strong delivery and client leadership. You should be able to design enterprise identity architectures, challenge complex technical solutions and guide implementation teams while translating identity decisions into business and security outcomes.

Strong experience across multiple identity domains — such as IGA, Access Management, PAM, workforce or customer identity — is expected, together with knowledge of modern cloud and authentication architectures.

Extensive experience in leading client engagements, developing sales proposals and supporting business development is important. You should also have proven experience in leading, coaching and technically guiding junior consultants, engineers and architects.

Knowledge Exposure: “What you'll build expertise in”

As a Manager or Senior Manager, you will broaden your expertise from individual IAM technologies toward enterprise identity strategy and architecture. You will strengthen your ability to lead large transformation programs, advise senior stakeholders, shape emerging identity solutions and build high-performing delivery teams, while contributing to new client opportunities and the continued growth of the Digital Identity team.
