In product management, you will be the general manager of commercial and internal products. You will sit at the intersection of the business, user experience, and the technologies that solve our customer and end-user problems; confirming they meet market demands and drive business growth. You will design, develop and manage activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Your involvement will last throughout all stages of a product’s lifecycle including modifications, upgrades, maintenance of the product or product line. For commercial products, it also includes commercialization, go-to-market planning, sales, and other key business support activities.

What You'll Do

As part of our team, you will:

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and meetings with business and technical stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into practical, scalable, and user-focused solutions.
• Support business transformation and digital initiatives from strategy through implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Create business documentation, process maps, user stories, journey maps, and presentations.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and innovative approaches to improve delivery quality, efficiency, and consistency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and share knowledge, best practices, and reusable assets across teams.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and support successful delivery outcomes.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking professionals who bring curiosity, analytical thinking, and a collaborative mindset.

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software implementation or enhancement projects
• Experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant, Product Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience working with business and technology teams.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting business transformation, process improvement, or change initiatives.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Product Delivery methodologies.
• Experience creating user stories, process maps, business cases, and solution documentation.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and digital technologies.
• Business Analysis, Agile, Product Management, or related certifications.
• Experience working in consulting or stakeholder-facing environments.
