Proposal support:

  • Assist in the development and refinement of proposals by gathering relevant data, conducting preliminary analyses, and ensuring that all client requirements are addressed effectively

  • Collaborate to create and finalizeproposal slides, focusing on clear communication of ideas and enhancing visual appeal to ensure professional and impactful presentations

Project participation & support

  • Assessment

  • Conduct thorough assessments of existing (client) value chain processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement

  • Design

  • Analyze (client) data and industry trends to provide insights into best practices and innovative solutions on strategy and operating models (processes, organization, systems)

  • Workshops

  • Prepare and customize workshop materials, ensuring they are aligned with client needs and objectives for effective delivery

  • PMO

  • Coordinate and oversee project organization, ensuring effective document and compliance management, managing transformational change, and ensuring content closure and deliverables are thoroughly checked and aligned with project objectives

Thought leadership:

  • Provide cutting-edge insights and analysis on value chain transformation trends to position the firm as a leader in the field

  • Actively contribute to publications, white papers, campaignsand other thought leadership materials to disseminate knowledge and showcaseexpertise in value chain transformation

What you bring with you:

  • You have initial experience in consulting or in the strategy, transformation and value chain area (Operations Vision, E2E Target Operating Modelalong the supply chain)

  • You are enthusiastic about designing new operations strategies and then transforming them by planning supply chains, designing processes and introducing relevant technologies

  • Your analytical skills combined with a hands-on and collaborative mentality enable you to recognize individual issues and find solutions to problems

  • You have strong skills in slide writing and are proficient in using PowerPoint to create clear, visually appealing presentations that effectively communicate complex ideas

  • You have advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Alteryx, etc.) relevant to value chain management

  • You are fluent in written and spokenEnglish, German is nice to have

  • Please note that the job may involve travel as is customary in the industry
