We are currently looking for an Ethics Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our Ethics team on a permanent basis, located in Obernai or Blieskastel.
What you will do?
As Ethics Project Manager, you will play a central role in strengthening the Group’s ethics and compliance framework and in embedding ethical practices across the organisation.
Ethics Alert System
Enhance and optimize the Group’s ethics alert system (Let’s Talk) by improving procedures, monitoring tools, and documentation.
Define, monitor, and report KPIs for senior management related to ethics alert management.
Contribute to ethics and compliance-related reporting, including business ethics inputs for ESG and sustainability ratings (e.g. EcoVadis).
Ethical Investigations
Lead internal investigations in line with the EU and local regulations.
Ensure investigations comply with internal procedures and involve external legal support when required.
Prepare and facilitate Ethics Committee meetings.
Support stakeholders in managing and resolving sensitive and complex situations.
Governance, Network & Culture
Support ethics and compliance training programs and the Ethics Ambassadors network.
Actively contribute to instilling a strong ethics and compliance culture across the organisation.
What about you?
At least 5 years of experience in ethics and compliance in an international, industrial environment.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Ethics & Compliance, Governance, or a related field.
Strong project management skills and ability to work independently with discretion.
Proven ability to handle sensitive ethical situations with objectivity and resilience.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in English and German. French is an advantage.
