This is a hybrid role. Upon agreement between you and your supervisor, you are entitled to a flexible arrangement where you will be able to split your time between working from the office and working remotely.

Your responsibilities:

• Support compliance activities related to clinical operations and initiatives
• Provide compliance support to additional global business functions, such as Global Real Estate and Global Business Services
• Develop and deliver guidance and training on key risk areas, including lobbying, marketing activities, referral sources, and governmental affairs
• Provide practical, solutions-oriented advice on compliance-related matters to internal stakeholders
• Participate in regional and global meetings, sharing insights and delivering compliance briefings
• Lead and coordinate projects involving the development of compliance materials in collaboration with global compliance teams
• Support organizational and administrative compliance tasks, including due diligence processes, digital tools, and internal systems
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and enhancement of compliance processes and frameworks

Our requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in compliance; healthcare industry experience is strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of healthcare compliance principles, regulations, and industry standards
• Experience in risk assessment and mitigation strategies
• Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, ideally within healthcare
• High level of risk awareness combined with sound judgment
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional and global teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Project management experience, with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams
• Proactive, self-starter mindset with a strong willingness to learn and grow
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Positive, “can-do” attitude and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
