The Compliance Resource Center (CRC) plays a critical role in promoting and monitoring adherence to applicable external laws and regulations as well as internal policies and procedures, helping to manage PwC’s regulatory, litigation, and reputational risk.

As a CRC Specialist, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, applying judgment, technology, andcustomer‑focusedthinking to help resolve complex and sometimes ambiguous inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Answering calls, emails, chats, andself-servicetickets from PwC partners, employees,third parties, candidates, and new hires to provide guidance andassistancerelated to Ethics & Compliance topics, including personal independence, regulatory compliance, and other areas supported by internal policies, knowledge base documentation, and systems
Supporting users across multiple platforms and tools, including investment portfolio systems, automated investment recording systems, learning and development platforms, CPA licensing, and CPE compliance systems
LeveragingAI‑enabledtools, digital knowledge repositories, andautomation supportedworkflows to research inquiries, analyze information, and delivertimelyandaccurateresponsesin accordance withfirm standards
Applying structuredproblem‑solvingandcritical‑thinkingskills to evaluatenon‑standardor complex requests, determineappropriate guidance, andidentifywhen escalation isrequired
Using strong judgment and attention to detail toprovideresponsesthatareaccurate, compliant, and clearly communicated
Communicating professionally and empathetically, adapting messaging style to the needs of different audiences and situations
Identifyingopportunities for process improvements, efficiencies, and serviceenhancements, including responsible use of new or emerging technologies such as AI

Required Skills

Ability to understand and apply PwC’s Ethics & Compliance requirements, including personal independence and regulatory compliance policies
Ticketing system or contact center experience is a plus
Knowledge of US, Argentinaand Mexicofinancial products is a plus
Fluent in English and Spanish; strong bilingual communication skillsrequired
Skills You Will Develop in This Role

Required Professional Background
Students or graduates in Translation, Linguistics, Law, International Studies, Accounting, Economics, Political Sciences, Management, or related fields, with an interest in developing a career in Ethics & Compliance
At least 1 year of relevant work experience (contact center, customer service,language‑focused, or ticketing system experience is a strong plus)
Strong written language skills, including the ability to interpret, contextualize, and accurately conveypolicy‑basedor technical information
Availability to work according toUSschedule (EST time zone,USholidaycalendar)
