We are seeking an experienced Ethics and Compliance professional who can advise and guide our organization in a complex, international environment. This strategic role will enable you to maintain the highest standards of integrity across all our operations. You will work alongside people who demonstrate accountability, passion, and dedication.

Your Role, Your Impact

• Lead Ethics and Compliance programs across North America in alignment with international standards.
• Conduct due diligence reviews and assessments of partners and customers prior to contractual engagements.
• Prevent and manage corruption and compliance risks, including through training and awareness initiatives.
• Collaborate with Legal, Human Resources, and Commercial teams to address conflicts of interest and provide guidance on ethical matters.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure compliance with applicable local and international laws and regulations.
• Work within dynamic and committed teams, tackling complex challenges that shape the future of mobility while fostering trust among partners and local communities.

What You Bring

• Law degree and membership in a North American bar association.
• 8 to 15 years of experience, including significant experience in ethics, compliance, and risk management.
• Experience in industries serving public sector customers, such as infrastructure, energy, or engineering.
• Demonstrated communication and training skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and make decisions in ambiguous situations.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time across Canada and the United States.

• Timely completion of due diligence reviews and internal investigations.
• Level of internal stakeholder engagement and adherence to ethical and compliance practices.

Bilingualism

Proficiency in both French and English is required for candidates based in the Province of Quebec. Knowledge of a third language is considered an asset when interacting with our international partners, suppliers, colleagues, and customers. In Quebec, French remains the primary working language of our company.
