Career Stream – Responsibilities

  • Contribute to and support the implementation of Sales / Direct Sales practices through the promotion and sale of technical and/or non‑technical products, services, and solutions to existing and prospective customers.
  • Review, monitor, and refine lead‑generation plans to maintain a healthy and sustainable sales opportunity pipeline.
  • Analyze Sales / Direct Sales policies and support deployment plans to help achieve product and brand sales volume and profitability targets.
  • Plan, prioritize, and align activities across teams to support sales objectives.
  • Coordinate key Sales / Direct Sales activities and communicate new product or service introductions and pricing updates to customers.
  • Build, develop, and sustain effective working relationships with stakeholders across the organization and external partners.

Role Differentiators

  • Sets clear goals and expectations for team members to support operational outcomes, resource planning, and policy development.
  • Applies professional expertise to assess, address, and resolve complex and multifaceted challenges.
  • Contributes to near‑term operational outcomes within the function or area of responsibility.
  • Typically reports to an M3‑level manager.

Management Responsibility

  • Provides guidance, coaching, and performance support to two or more professional‑level employees (entry‑level or experienced), and may oversee paraprofessional staff.
  • Holds accountability for team outcomes, performance evaluations, and compensation‑related inputs.
  • Ensures that policies, practices, and procedures are clearly understood and consistently applied by team members, customers, and stakeholders.
  • May oversee specific budget components (e.g., overtime management, expense monitoring), though does not typically hold full budget ownership.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Understands and considers the needs, priorities, and concerns of customers and key stakeholders, and provides appropriate guidance.
  • Builds collaborative, trust‑based working relationships with Galderma managers.
  • Works closely with specialist and cross‑functional teams across the organization.

Experience & Education

  • Experience: 6–8 years
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
