The ETC Strength and Conditioning Coach will support the Female Football Development Manager and Senior Female Football Development Coach in the delivery of the Emerging Talent Centre (ETC) programme, ensuring players are physically prepared to train, compete, and develop safely and effectively. The post holder will design and deliver age-appropriate strength and conditioning sessions, supporting the physical development, performance, and wellbeing of players in line with ETC standards and best practice.
