Eddy Current Steam Generator Inspection Analyst

Westinghouse is seeking to hire an Eddy Current Steam Generator Inspection Analyst to provide expertise in eddy current data analysis for tube inspections in steam generators at operational nuclear power plants worldwide.

This role involves direct interaction with customers and safety authorities on-site, contributing to high-value, technically advanced international projects.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Execute Eddy Current data analysis activities at Westinghouse facilities or at customer nuclear power plants worldwide.
  • Proactively manage the daily execution of analysis projects, including:
    • Outage preparation
    • Process execution
    • Project closure
  • Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and schedule requirements.
  • Interface with the data acquisition team to manage:
    • Progress tracking
    • Priorities
    • Scheduling and resources
  • Deliver high-quality results through a strong focus on flawless execution.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by developing and implementing lessons learned between outages.

Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • High technical interest and willingness to work in an international and multicultural environment.
  • Availability for frequent international travel.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Preferred qualifications:
    • Background, certification, or experience in Eddy Current testing
    • Knowledge of steam generator maintenance services
