Job Summary

Data Architect - 15+ years’ experience.

Strong experience in Data Architecture, Advanced SQL, Databricks, Data Modeling, Data Warehousing, Lakehouse Platforms, Python, Spark, and cloud-native data solutions using either Microsoft Azure (Fabric, Synapse, ADF) or Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Vertex AI).

• Define enterprise data architecture and cloud data strategy.
• Design Data Lake, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, and Real-Time Analytics solutions in cloud (Azure or GCP).
• Strong expertise in designing and optimizing complex SQL-based analytical solutions.
• Experience with performance tuning, data partitioning, indexing strategies, and large-scale data processing.
• Expertise in defining the BI/DW architecture to support and help deliver technical solutions to complex business and technical requirements.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable data models and analytics solutions.
• Lead cloud migration and data modernization programs.
• Own RFP solutioning and proposal development, driving technical and commercial alignment while leading solution defense sessions to secure client confidence and business outcomes.
• Lead POCs and innovation initiatives on emerging Azure or GCP services and Gen AI use cases.
• Architect scalable batch and streaming data pipelines.
• Establish data governance, security, metadata, and data quality frameworks.
• Collaborate with business, delivery, and leadership teams.
• Provide technical leadership, solution reviews, and mentoring.

Skill Requirements

Required Technical Skills Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks for building scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, Data Warehousing, Lakehouse architectures, and advanced analytics solutions using Spark/PySpark Advanced SQL & Query Optimization Data Modeling (Dimensional, Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, Data Vault) Data Engineering (PySpark/Spark,Python,ETL) Batch & Real-Time Data Processing Data Governance, Security & Metadata Management Strong AI/ML background. DevOps with CI/CD Experience. Cloud Data Platforms (Azure or GCP) Azure Expertise: Microsoft Fabric, SQL, Azure Synapse Anal
