We are seeking motivated individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our Estonian-speaking customers.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our Estonian-speaking clients, assisting them with their queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our services. Your efforts will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service in Estonian and English through various communication channels
- Effectively address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a polite and professional manner
- Document customer interactions accurately within our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to support service improvements
- Stay informed about the company’s products and updates to provide knowledgeable assistance
- Engage in continuous training to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
Requirements
- Fluency in Estonian and English with excellent communication skills
- Prior experience in customer service or related roles is preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is advantageous
