In this significant role, you will interact with our Estonian-speaking clients, helping them understand how our innovative cloud solutions can transform their business operations. Your proficiency in B2B sales will be essential in developing strong client relationships and facilitating successful sales outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with Estonian-speaking clients to identify their needs and deliver customized B2B cloud solutions
• Deliver detailed product demonstrations and clearly articulate the benefits of our services
• Manage the sales process from initial outreach through to closing deals
• Address client inquiries and resolve any issues quickly and effectively
• Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and sales performance
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service delivery and client engagement
• Stay informed about industry trends and product developments to better support clients

Requirements

• Fluency in Estonian and English, both written and verbal
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills focused on delivering excellent customer service
• Experience in B2B sales and a background in a customer-facing role is advantageous
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems efficiently
• A proactive and goal-oriented approach to sales
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in technology and a desire to learn about cloud solutions
• Willingness to relocate within Poland as part of the employment package
