What you'll do:

As an Estimator/Tender Coordinator/CAD Drafter, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, coordinating and pricing commercial fencing tender opportunities. The role has primary responsibility for managing the company's tender portal platforms, including EstimateOne and other industry tender portals, identifying opportunities aligned with strategic objectives, preparing quantity take-offs, developing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), coordinating tender submissions and maintaining tender opportunities within the AHF CRM system.

The position also provides CAD drafting support through the preparation of detailed fencing layouts, construction drawings and design documentation. The role is critical to securing new business opportunities, ensuring projects are accurately scoped and priced, and maintaining compliance with ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 45001 (WHS) and ISO 14001 (Environmental).

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Managing tender opportunities through EstimateOne and other portals, and coordinating compliant submissions.
• Preparing accurate take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and cost estimates.
• Producing CAD drawings, layouts, and construction documentation to support tenders and projects.
• Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders for pricing and technical details.
• Maintaining tender records, CRM entries, and estimating databases.
• Ensuring compliance with ISO standards and supporting continuous improvement in processes.

Successful Candidate must have:

• Proven ability to design, draw, estimate, and order within construction-related projects
• Demonstrated ability to complete accurate take-offs and cost estimates
• Experience in estimating and/or CAD drafting
• Experience using Bluebeam Revu for digital measurement and take-offs would be highly advantageous.
• Experience interpreting and working with Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
• Experience using EstimateOne (or similar tender platforms)
• Strong ability to interpret plans, specifications, and technical documents
• Mandatory: Experience in the fencing or building/construction industry
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.

Work Arrangements:

• Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Philippine Time)
• Work Setup: On-site - Be part of a collaborative and energetic team in a professional office environment.
• Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
