What you'll do:

As an Estimator/CAD Drafter, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and producing detailed CAD drawings for fencing and construction-related projects. You will support tender submissions, interpret project plans and specifications, and ensure all designs and estimates are compliant with industry standards and company systems. This role plays a key part in securing new projects by ensuring all scopes, costs, and documentation are precise, complete, and aligned with quality, safety, and environmental requirements.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Preparing detailed material take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and cost estimates
  
• 
  Producing accurate CAD drawings based on project specifications and client requirements
  
• 
  Reviewing plans, specifications, and tender documents to identify risks and cost impacts
  
• 
  Assisting in the preparation and submission of tender proposals within deadlines
  
• 
  Liaising with suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders for pricing and technical details
  
• 
  Maintaining and updating pricing schedules and cost databases
  
• 
  Revising drawings and estimates based on feedback and project changes
  
• 
  Ensuring all documentation complies with ISO standards (Quality, WHS, Environmental)
  
• 
  Supporting continuous improvement in estimating and drafting processes

Successful Candidate must have:

• Experience in estimating and/or CAD drafting within construction or fencing industry
• Strong ability to interpret plans, specifications, and technical documents
• Proven experience in preparing accurate take-offs and cost estimates
• Familiarity with Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and tender platforms (e.g., EstimateOne)
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving mindset

Work Arrangements:

• Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Philippine Time)
• Work Setup: On-site - Be part of a collaborative and energetic team in a professional office environment.
• Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
