Water Mitigation Xactimate Team Supervisor

Roto-Rooter Services Company is a nationally recognized service company. We are currently seeking a results-driven Xactimate Team Supervisor to lead a high-volume water mitigation estimating team at our corporate home office, located in downtown Cincinnati, OH.. This hands-on role is responsible for supervising daily mitigation and remediation estimates and drive individual and team performance through coaching and training. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to motivate teams in a fast-paced environment, have 1-3 years leadership experience, solid Xactimate knowledge & experience, and be IICRC WRT/ASD/AMRT certified. The salary range for this position is $60,000-$64,000, depending on experience. You will also be provided with company paid parking at a nearby parking facility.

Responsibilities

Essential Skills & Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coach and motivate a growing team of Xactimate writers/estimators in a fast-paced environment.
• Review mitigation files to ensure processes are being followed and results are achieved within company expectations.
• Enforce company policies, procedures and best practices, and the IICRC water mitigation standard of care.
• Oversee negotiation process between writer and insurance companies.
• Professionally partner with our local operations in multiple locations and a joint in-house team to increase sales and reduce returns.
• Assist with hiring, training, performance evaluations, and corrective actions.
• Prepare and deliver daily & weekly performance reports to management.
• Highly motivated self-starter, detail-oriented, strong communication skills

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-4 years experience in water mitigation, preferably with homeowner's insurance, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role
• Acceptable background check per company policy
• Proficiency in Microsoft (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive) and Excel
• Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
