Job Description

Citycare Property is seeking a skilled Estimator to lead pricing, estimating, and tender development for The Project Office (TPO) portfolio. You'll play a pivotal role in winning work, analysing tender requirements, and ensuring our bids are accurate, competitive, and aligned with client expectations.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced tendering environment, brings strong commercial and analytical capability, and values meaningful relationships with customers, contractors, and internal teams

What You’ll Bring to the Table | Ngā Mea ka Mauria e Ko:
• Experience preparing and winning tenders
• A Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Estimating
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Extensive experience in tendering, estimating, and determining pricing for residential and commercial projects
• Strong grasp of Building Code regulations, contractual requirements such as NZS3910 and NZS3917, and proven experience in risk management
• Familiarity with estimating software, including Benchmark and CostX
• Skilled in using Procore’s tendering or other estimating modules

What You’ll Be Doing | Ngā Kawenga Takohanga
• Track market trends and key insights to identify new opportunities that can be turned into successful projects.
• Develop and submit competitive tenders for a range of construction projects
• Work closely with Project Portfolio Managers and Project Managers during tender preparation
• Ensure clear, effective communication across the Project Office team
• Build strong relationships with customers, contractors, and industry partners
