Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Estimator with proven experience in roads and infrastructure projects to join our Estimation Department.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in tendering, quantity take-offs, BOQ analysis, cost estimation, rate build-ups, and supplier/subcontractor quotation evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contractual requirements.
• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimates, pricing sheets, and detailed rate build-ups.
• Obtain, analyse, and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Identify BOQ discrepancies, scope gaps, commercial risks, and cost implications.
• Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure competitive and accurate tender submissions.
• Support tender clarifications, commercial evaluations, negotiations, and final submissions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in roads and infrastructure estimation and tendering.
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, construction drawings, specifications, and quantity measurement.
• Knowledge of CESMM or equivalent methods of measurement is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, cost estimation, and detailed rate analysis.
• Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and tendering procedures is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and organizational skills.

Important: Candidates must have relevant estimation and tendering experience in the roads and infrastructure contracting industry.
