What You'll Do

• 
  Prepare detailed and accurate
  cost estimates and quotations
  for joinery and cabinetry projects
• 
  Review architectural drawings, specifications, and tender documents to determine project scope
• 
  Perform
  material take-offs
  , labor costing, and pricing of hardware and finishes
• 
  Utilize estimating software and/or
  Cabinet Vision
  to support costing and project visualization
• 
  Liaise with designers, project managers, and production teams to clarify project requirements
• 
  Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and design intent
• 
  Maintain and update pricing databases for materials, suppliers, and labor rates
• 
  Ensure all estimates align with project budgets, timelines, and client expectations
• 
  Assist in tender submissions and provide supporting documentation as required
• 
  Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who:

• 
  Proven experience as a
  Joinery Estimator, Cabinetry Estimator, or similar role
• 
  Strong understanding of
  cabinetmaking, joinery, and construction methods
• 
  Ability to interpret
  technical drawings, specifications, and design intent
• 
  Experience in
  material take-offs, cost estimation, and tender preparation
  s
• 
  Strong knowledge of
  materials, hardware, finishes, and supplier pricing
• 
  Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• 
  High attention to detail with strong accuracy in costing
• 
  Strong communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and suppliers
• 
  Ability to work independently and manage multiple estimates and deadlines
