Job Description

We seek a meticulous, thorough, and organized Estimator to join our growing team in the Commercial Weatherproofing division.
[Duties]
  • Prepare and present cost estimates and detailed project budgets to management and clients for commercial construction projects (fluid/sheet waterproofing, sealant, spray foam, or traffic coating projects)
  • Prepare quantity takeoffs and analyze subcontractor bids for materials, labor, and equipment
  • Evaluate project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential cost overruns

[Requirements]
  • Minimum education level of a bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in commercial weatherproofing/waterproofing cost estimation
  • Proficient in construction estimating software

[Details]
  • Pay Rage: $80k to $100k + annual bonus opportunity
  • Generous Paid Time Off Policy – 15 days at hire, 20 days on 1st service anniversary + 401k plan with employer match, 100% Employer paid Medical, Dental, & Vision
