Our client is seeking an Estimator to support the pursuit and planning of construction projects throughout Central Florida. This individual will play a key role in developing project budgets, evaluating opportunities, coordinating pricing efforts, and supporting preconstruction activities from concept through award.

This opportunity is ideal for a construction professional who enjoys analyzing project costs, collaborating with trade partners, and helping bring large-scale residential and mixed-use developments from planning to reality. Key Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual budgets, detailed estimates, and pricing strategies for new construction and renovation projects
• Review plans, specifications, and project requirements to identify scope, risks, and cost considerations
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to obtain and evaluate pricing information
• Support project planning efforts through cost analysis, budgeting, and preconstruction coordination
• Maintain estimating data and assist with ongoing project pursuit activities

Qualifications

• 3+ years of estimating experience within the construction industry
• Experience developing estimates for multifamily, mixed-use, senior living, hospitality, commercial, or similar project types
• Experience estimating ground-up and renovation projects with multi-million-dollar construction values
• Strong ability to interpret construction documents and evaluate project scope requirements
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and construction-related software platforms
