We're looking for a talented Landscape/Irrigation/Hardscape Construction Estimator to join our growing team! In this role, you'll play a vital role in transforming our clients' dreams into reality by providing accurate and timely project estimates

Responsibilities:

• Analyze plans, specifications, and other documents to gain a comprehensive understanding of each project's scope.

• Identify all the materials needed to bring the project to life.

• Secure proposals from qualified subcontractors in various landscaping trades.

• Identify and resolve any inconsistencies in proposals to ensure a smooth project flow.

• Deliver high-quality estimates within designated timeframes.

• Present your estimates clearly, using both numerical data and descriptive explanations.

• Prepare and evaluate cost estimates for CEO approval, ensuring project profitability.

• Maintain accurate cost data for future reference and project analysis.

Required Qualifications:

• A seasoned professional with 2-5 years of experience in construction estimating.

• Possess a strong foundation in estimating principles and construction practices.

• A natural with numbers: Proficient in using spreadsheets and comfortable working with complex calculations.

• Knowledgeable communicator: Express yourself clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.

• Blueprint decoder: Read and understand construction plans, specifications, and technical documents with ease.

• A degree holder (Associate's or Bachelor's) in a related field, preferably Landscape Architecture, is a plus.

• AutoCAD proficiency is a must.
