Established home repair and remodel company is hiring an estimator/sales to grow with us to the next level!

The successful candidate will be someone with extensive field knowledge about home improvements (interior, exterior, or both), and great at sales and long term relationship building.

House Doctors is a nationwide professional handyman service and home improvement company. We handle everything from small repairs to full remodel projects, both interior (bathroom, kitchen, basement) and exterior (deck, fence, siding, painting) projects. We prioritize professionalism, craftsmanship, long term customer relationships, and our communities.

Our St. Peters location has earned an A+ rating and built a loyal customer base through 18+ years of exceptional service in St. Charles County, West County, and nearby areas.

This role is well suited for an experienced professional who is result-driven, values autonomy, focused on long-term client relationships, and wants strong operational support and believes in team collaborations.

We are growing at a fast pace in residential and commercial remodels and improvements, while maintaining a culture where experience is respected and contributions are recognized.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Estimate and sell various residential and commercial improvements and remodel jobs (in-person);
• Coordinate and manage these projects along with office team and field team;
• Serve as a consistent point of contact for clients from estimate to post-completion;
• Leverage existing leads and develop new programs and markets along with management and marketing team;
• Develop and build relationships with customers, vendors, partners and local communities;
• Participate in local industry and networking events as a trusted representative of House Doctors STL;
• Mentor and develop future estimator/sales members;
• Assist in non-profit events affiliated with House Doctors brand.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5 to 10+ years of experience in home remodel and improvement estimation and sales;
• Experience selling and managing bathroom, kitchen, basement, deck, fence, and other projects;
• Extensive knowledge in residential and commercial construction, remodel, improvement;
• Proven track record in successfully managing remodel and improvement projects from start to finish;
• Ability to work independently with minimal ramp-up;
• Professional, relationship-focused sales approach;
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

We are looking for energetic and friendly people who enjoy working on variety of home repair and full remodel projects such as carpentry, drywall, painting, light plumbing and electrical, flooring, decks, fence, small siding repairs, bath and kitchen remodels, etc.
