The Estimator – Customer Service Representative will be report to the General Manger and be responsible for demonstrates the company’s Here to Help® commitment to customers and clients. This is done by coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience. As the Estimator – Customer Service Representative, you will lead the day-to-day activities within the facility and ensure that job schedules and products meet the customers’ quality standards at minimum costs. As the Estimator – Customer Service Representative, you will oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned restoration crews.
