We are seekingan experiencedEstimatorto join our team.The Estimatoris responsible forpreparingaccuratecost estimates and project budgetsfor commercial and residential projectsby analyzing plansand specifications,materials, labor, and other project requirements. This role worksclosely with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to develop competitive and profitable proposals. The Estimatoridentifiescost-saving opportunities, and ensures all estimates align with company standards andobjectives.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Utilize extensive knowledge and experience to prepare estimates in Xactimate.

• Demonstrate proficient with source removal, decontamination, mitigation, containment, ventilation, contents, and deodorization techniques.

• Must be capable of estimating fixed bid projects as wellas,time and material projects.

• Uphold project management standards for projects exceeding $1M.

• Maintainand reviewaccuratefield documentation, photo logs, graphs, and sketches for various projects.

• Must beproactiveconveying information to clients and other team members

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education

• • High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience

• • 5+years ofexperiencein therestoration industry.

• • 2+ yearsof experiencein water damage restoration.

• • 3 years of experience utilizingXactimate software.

• Skills

• • Strongskills in restoration estimating.

• • Proficiencyininterpreting architectural and engineering drawings.

• • Effective communication skills to support collaboration with project teams.

• • High attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.

• • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
