Highlights of what our Estimator will do:

• Review construction documents and understand scope of work to bid
• Execute take-offs of construction documents
• Input take-offs into spreadsheet
• Solicit and obtain pricing for materials and subcontractors
• Determine the cost of all material, labor, equipment, and subcontractors to complete the project
• Informs immediate supervisor of any observed inaccuracies or omissions in quoted items or computer database
• Prepares cost analysis by capturing all material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs required for installation of projects
• Other duties, tasks, and projects as assigned

Are you the right fit for this role? Skills & experience that are necessary as an Estimator will include, but not limited to:

• Intermediate skill level in Excel and mathematics
• Detail-oriented and strong work ethic
• Ability to be flexible with work schedule *overtime may be required
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Must be a team player and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• 1 - 3 years of landscape experience a plus
