Junior Commercial Construction Estimator

Premier Construction Group, Inc. is a well-established commercial general contractor located in Dillsburg, PA. We are currently seeking a motivated Junior Construction Estimator to join our preconstruction team. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level or early-career construction professional looking to grow within a respected commercial construction company.

The Junior Construction Estimator will support the estimating team by assisting with quantity takeoffs, document review, and proposal preparation. The ideal candidate is driven, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the commercial estimating process while contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary Range: $47,000 – $55,000 (based on experience)

• Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (in office)

Requirements

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Basic understanding of building construction components and construction activities
• Ability to assist with takeoffs, estimates, and bid preparation
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong desire to meet challenging schedules and deadlines
• Competitive, motivated mindset with a strong work ethic
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment
• Proven people skills and professional demeanor
• Ability to learn quickly and multitask as needed
• Prior field or hands-on construction experience is a plus
