Support development of estimates and pricing for EPC, design‑build, and PPP proposals.
Experience in estimating power generation, utility, or industrial infrastructure projects—including balance‑of‑plant, electrical systems, mechanical installations, and energy facilities—is preferred.

Develop clear, competitive, and compliant proposals aligned with client requirements and company standards.
Collaborate with engineering and project management to ensure proposals reflect accurate execution strategies.
Ensure proposals meet internal approval processes and client expectations.
Support preparation of estimates and pricing for PPP, EPC, and design‑build proposals.
Lead cost strategy development for large EPC, energy, or PPP proposals, including risk pricing, contingency development, and bid competitiveness analysis.
